This is for use with LED fixtures and LED par cans when being used with a dimmer pack or relay. Most all dimmer packs have some small amount of voltage that goes thru them at all times. With LED lighting only needing a small amount of power this can cause the LED to want to light up. This LED Dummy will stop that from happening.
